November Devpost: The One Where We're Thankful 📆

November 26th, 2025

It’s that time of year when if you’re American, you’re either experiencing an awkward dinner with family members you haven’t seen in a year OR you’re doing the more woke and fun Friendsgiving variant OR you’re alone.

Here at Snoozy Kazoo (if you’ve never seen us before we made Turnip Boy, and we’re working on Hobnobbers too) we’ve got the whole spread on that.

Regardless, it’s the part where you’re supposed to be thankful for the good things you’ve got, regardless of how bad everything else is, and what we’re thankful for is…

dude we hit 10k wishlists in a week what the flip

We didn’t even have time to make a newsletter about the announcement!! Of our new game, Rizz Dungeon: Skeleton Key to My Heart! You guys were too freaking fast! What the flip!!!

To those unfamiliar, Rizz Dungeon is a game where you flirt with Monster Girls to recruit them to your team. We announced it last week to great success, apparently- to those unfamiliar with gamedev metrics for a tiny indie team, 10k wishlists is. A Big Number! Especially For A Short Amount Of Time! Eep!

So yeah, we’re thankful for that. We feel that Rizz Dungeon: Skeleton Key to My Heart is a fun new step in Snoozy’s initiative to make silly games that actually end up making you surprisingly emotional, and seeing the positive reception for it makes us ecstatic!

As extra thanks, we’re doing another little rapid-fire questionaire on the game:

What’s it about?

Rizz Monster Girls because you’re weak and have them fight for you because your evil Dragon Demon Lord ex-girlfriend stole your stuff. Eep!

How many Monster Girls?

At the moment, just over a dozen. But we hope to add more if production timelines allow for it, and if the game performs well, of course we’ll add more after launch! We have no shortage of ideas, just time.

Can we get some previews into their personalities?

Sure! Let’s dive into a few we’ve already shown teasers of on social media.

We’ve got the Pixie, who will be fluttering around in the Mystic Forest. Equipped with more eyes, arms, and wings than average, many Pixies tend to be as close to an influencer as you can get in the Dungeon. As pretty as they are, don’t probe too much about their wings- that’s like asking about someone’s toenails, sweetheart.

For less socially-adept internet users, we’ve got the Skeletons. They try their best, they really do, but it’s hard when you’re dead and have based your entire personality on a dead internet subculture. At least they’re having fun. To be cringe is to be free and all that!

Okay enough being thankful. No more information for you

Aaaat least in this newsletter. We’ve been dropping fragment after fragment of info on wherever you get your daily dose of social media, so follow us there! If you’d like. UwU.

Oh, and if you haven’t yet wishlisted the game: WISHLIST WISHLIST WISHLIST! It really does help so much. Like crazy. Like you have no idea. Tell your friends tell your family at Thanksgiving dinner it will help out so much

Q&A!

Time to answer some questions from the community!

Ivory asks: "Who does the silly doodles for the dev posts!! I love the art :>"

Yukon: In the past, each and every one of our artists have done pieces, but most are done by Kiki these days, with one or two rarely being done by Pearl!

Ivory asks: "What do you think turnip boys favorite Halloween costume would be? (I’m going as spongebob on this year and it’s awesome)"

Yukon: Turnip Boy probably would love dressing up in those costumes where you're a cowboy on an inflatable horse LOL

That's a wrap for now!

Thank you for reading this devpost! It means a lot to us that you're keeping up with our wacky antics! 💚

See yah next time! 👋
